1. Our Commitment

My Precious is a platform operated by Reme path, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, for preserving meaningful moments — memories, tributes, milestones, and personal expressions. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users worldwide.

This Content Policy outlines what content is allowed and prohibited on our platform. By uploading content to My Precious, you agree to comply with this policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Allowed Content

We encourage users to share meaningful, personal, and creative content, including but not limited to:

• Personal memories and milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings)
• Tributes to loved ones, pets, or meaningful moments
• Quotes, poems, and personal reflections
• Art, photography, and creative expressions (that you own or have rights to)
• Travel memories and experiences
• Cultural and historical significance
• Messages to future generations

Content should be respectful, lawful, and appropriate for a global audience.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on My Precious:

3.1 Adult and Sexual Content

• Pornography, sexually explicit images, or videos
• Nudity (artistic nudity may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we generally prohibit it to maintain a safe environment for all ages)
• Sexualized content involving minors (zero tolerance — will be reported to authorities)
• Content promoting prostitution, escort services, or sexual services
• Sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, or revenge porn

3.2 Violence and Harm

• Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of physical harm
• Content promoting or glorifying violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies
• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Content that threatens, harasses, or intimidates individuals or groups
• Depictions of real-world violence, injury, or death (unless for educational or historical purposes, and even then, subject to review)

3.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, nationality, or other protected characteristics
• Slurs, dehumanizing language, or supremacist content
• Content that denies or trivializes historical atrocities (e.g., Holocaust denial)
• Harassment, cyberbullying, or targeted abuse

3.4 Illegal Activities

• Content promoting or depicting illegal activities, including drug manufacture, trafficking, or use
• Content promoting gambling, casinos, or betting services (unless legally authorized)
• Content providing instructions for criminal activities, hacking, or malware creation
• Content involving stolen goods, fraud, or financial scams
• Content promoting weapons, explosives, or dangerous items (in jurisdictions where prohibited)

3.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

• Content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Uploading images, text, or media that you do not own or have explicit permission to use
• Content that misrepresents your identity or affiliation with a person, brand, or organization

3.6 Privacy Violations

• Content containing personal information of third parties without their consent (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers, etc.)
• Content that invades someone's privacy, including non-consensual intimate imagery
• Doxxing or publishing others' personal information with malicious intent

3.7 Spam and Misinformation

• Spam, repetitive content, or content designed to manipulate platform features
• Misinformation, disinformation, or false claims that could cause harm
• Deceptive content, scams, or phishing attempts
• Content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that attempts to circumvent our moderation systems

3.8 Other Prohibited Content

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content that is otherwise harmful, dangerous, or inappropriate for a global audience
• Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is contrary to the spirit and purpose of My Precious as a platform for preserving meaningful moments

4. Content Moderation

4.1 How We Moderate

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content on our platform:

• Automated filtering: We use keyword filtering and image analysis to detect potential violations before content is published.
• User reporting: Any user can report content they believe violates this policy. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Human review: Our moderation team reviews reported content and content flagged by automated systems. We aim to review reports within 24-48 hours.
• Proactive monitoring: We may proactively review content, especially content that receives high visibility or multiple reports.

4.2 Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it using the "Report this piece" button on the piece detail page. You will be asked to select a reason and may provide additional details.

You may also report content by emailing us at [email protected] with the piece number and reason for the report.

We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the content owner.

4.3 Consequences of Violations

When content is found to violate this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

5. Appeals Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your piece number
• The date the content was removed
• A detailed explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect
• Any supporting evidence (e.g., proof of copyright ownership, consent forms, etc.)

We will review appeals within 7-14 business days. If the appeal is successful, the content may be restored. If the appeal is denied, the decision is final.

Please note that due to the immutable nature of sealed content, we cannot guarantee that content can be restored in all cases, even if an appeal is successful.

6. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to My Precious. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content
• The content does not violate the rights of any third party
• The content complies with this policy and all applicable laws
• You understand that content is immutable once sealed and cannot be modified or deleted by you

We do not endorse or verify the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of user-generated content. Content on My Precious represents the views and expressions of its creators, not necessarily the views of My Precious.

7. Age-Appropriate Content

My Precious is intended for users aged 18 and older. However, because content is publicly visible and may be viewed by users of all ages, we maintain a strict policy against content that is inappropriate for minors.

Content that would be harmful to minors, including but not limited to sexual content involving minors, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Global Compliance

My Precious is a global platform. We strive to comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate. However, content laws vary by country, and we cannot guarantee that all content will be acceptable in all jurisdictions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction and any jurisdictions where their content may be viewed.

If we receive a valid legal request (e.g., court order, government request) to remove content, we will comply with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, legal requirements, or community standards. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Content sealed before a policy change will be evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of sealing, unless the content poses an imminent risk of harm.
